All our orders are sent by Canada Post either in heavy duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes and you can track them all on our website. There is a 2-5 days processing time before the order is shipped. Delivery of your order can take 1-7 days depending on where you are located.

All orders are delivered and processed on business days only (weekends and holidays are excluded). Please allow an additional 2-3 days for shipments to rural areas.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day. Please note that we must receive all credit card verifications and authorizations before we can process your order.



If you are not satisfied with a product purchased online, you may exchange it or return it and get a refund for the purchase price.

You can return your purchases by mail or by delivery service.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Products must not be worn or used and must be in their original packaging and their labels must still be in place.

Products purchased on the website cannot be returned to an EckoUnltd store or Continental Warehouse Mega Sale for a refund or exchange.

After ensuring that you are in compliance with our return policy, completely fill out the return form received with your order indicating your order number, full name and the products for which you would like a refund or exchange.
